【Health Management Promotion Structure】

As Fast Fitness Japan’s CEO is responsible for health management, it has established a health committee that meets once a month to share health information, promote measures and hold study meetings. The committee consists of employees from different departments and an industrial physician.

【Thorough Medical Checkup Reception: 100% of Employees 40 Years of Age and Older Receive Complete Medical Checkups】

Having introduced the medical checkup booking system, the Company encourages employees to have follow-up examinations based on the results of the first examination.
(100% of employees underwent medical checkups in FY2024.). In addition, all employees of Fast Fitness Japan 40 year of age or older receive a complete medical checkup paid for by the company.

【Appropriate Working Hours】

Having introduced a flextime system at head office and the variable monthly working hours system for club managers, we have made flexible work styles in line with people’s actual working situations possible.
Additionally, we use an attendance system to thoroughly manage schedules to prevent long working hours.

【Promotion of Employees Taking Paid Leave】

We encourage employees to take at least five paid holidays a year to maintain 100% of employees taking at least five paid holidays a year.
Having introduced the volunteer activity leave system in April 2022, we work to continue to enhance employees’ leisure activities.

【Specific Support for Exercise Habituation】

We aim to establish fitness habits that become entrenched in our employees’ lives throughout the company by providing the free usage of Anytime Fitness clubs around Japan as one of our employee welfare benefits.
